EcoPoxy® Chemistry
The resin we make is top of the vat. When we derive the resin, it comes out in 3 layers. The top is clear, the middle is yellow, and the bottom is brown. We then sell the yellow and brown layers to a broker,
who sells the bottom of the
vat resin layers to other epoxy companies.
Our Resins are Top of the Line! Our Resins and Hardeners contain NO FILLERS, Zero Shrinkage and are Non-Hygroscopic, Non-Conductive and High HDT (heat distortion tempurature).
EcoPoxy® is a clear liquid resin, self-leveling, easy flow, low drip, non-toxic, non-corrosive,
*safe and odorless; our resins have low viscosity, NO VOCS, NO fish eyes and NO blushing.
EcoPoxy® is formulated to be cured in a wide temperature range of 50-95 degrees! Our resin is freeze/ thaw resistant. EcoPoxy® will bond to; fiberglass, wood, steel, concrete, brick, tile and foam when surfaces are properly prepared. Our resins can be modified with fillers for different uses.
EcoPoxy® forms a solid at any thickness and will not leave bubbles, clouding or air gaps
EcoPoxy® is adaptable to prepreg, pulltrusion, and vacuum infusion
